“ Oma Sushi has some of the most delicious AYCE sushi in Sugar Land! I arrived alone and was seated at the bar, which had a nice view of the chefs preparing sashimi and nigiri. My servers were fast, friendly, and had some great recommendations. I love their salmon nigiri and tempura shrimp, and I was impressed by their yellowtail nigiri. I stayed for about an hour and also enjoyed their complementary ice cream when I was full. I had an excellent experience and highly recommend it! ”

“ This is ABSOLUTELY the BEST restaurant in Sugar Land. I take my wife here every Tuesday to enjoy and celebrate our week. The drinks are great, and the service is quick. Everything is made fresh and they allow changes to their rolls. The staff treat us with excellence and the Owner stops by to make sure we are having a great experience. I tell everyone and anyone, they NEED to check Oma Sushi out. There isn't a spot that can compare. ”
“ OMG, my new fave. This is an all you can eat Japanese restaurant. You order from the menu and they bring it out. Yes, there are lunch and dinner options and they'll tell you which side is not included in all you can eat. We order dinner option during lunch time and so worth it. Sashimi is very fresh and good varieties. We got good recommendations from our waiter Definitely will go back! ”
“ I arrived at about 7:00PM on Sunday, March 30. It took about 45 minutes to get seated as they were very busy and we were a party of 6. Here is everything we ordered. The chicken katsu was mediocre nothing special. Steak hibachi was pretty good if you like beef, sauce complimented it well. Miso soup did not meet expectations, tasted store bought. Rainbow roll was good, fresh and well made. The trust me baby roll was very good, eel sauce paired well with the fish, definitely recommend it. The spider hand roll was good, the crab was cooked well but could use a little more seasoning and crisp. The red lobster rolls were really good too, everything went well together. The Oma roll was not great. It had a weird aftertaste and didn’t have much good flavors. The ikura was good, nicely made. The sashimi was good tastes fresh. The Kobe beef was full of flavor, but it was a very chewy. Seared scallop was seared enough to provide seared flavor. Caterpillar roll was good too. Would recommend to try. The ika salad was good, would recommend if you like it. Calpi came out sizzling and was also pretty good, recommend it. Takoyaki was great, crispy on the outside soft on the inside, recommend it. Seared salmon was ok, exactly as expected. Fish balls were pretty good, not too salty well seasoned. I recommend it if you like fishballs. Godzilla and LSU were okay. Mona Lisa wasnt great didn’t have much flavor. Finally the honey roll was really good, I definitely recommend it, it had a nice balance of flavor and sweetness. In the end, this place had good AYCE sushi and I recommend trying the steak hibachi, the trust me baby roll, red lobster rolls, caterpillar roll, ika salad, Calpi, takoyaki, fishballs, and definitely the honey roll. Service was good but could have been better, for dessert we had ice cream but they only had vanilla, chocolate, and red bean. Ice cream wasn’t bad but was disappointed as they said they had strawberry and green tea as well. “ Weekend is dinner ayce all day. The wait staff and kitchen were quick with taking, clearing, and bringing food out. Their menu is more diverse than other ayce sushi within the area. My favorite was the takoyaki and beef hibachi! I didn't like the galbi, too sweet. Nigiri had many options, seared and topped with different ingredients. Things highlighted in green on the menu is only for the dinner ayce. Will most definitely return! ”
“ The wifey and I came for a date night. We were actually staying at a hotel nearby (across the bridge - house was getting foundation work done) Service was great. I can't remember the guy but we was very attentive. Food was yummy. The sushi was seriously on-point. The apps were good...but the wifey wasn't feeling the calamari. It didn't taste bad...I enjoyed them....she just didn't like how they looked...little circles. The vibe was great. Yeah, we're definitely coming back...and when we do - we're brining the rest of the family. ”
